Our beautiful resort offers a variety of modern, clean, comfortable and well-maintained accommodations, including a two story motel, apartment and cottages, two lodges that each sleep sixteen people, and a luxurious 2000 square foot log lodge.  All are just a stone's throw from the lake, and next door to Cookie's restaurant and the swimming pool/recreational complex.

The Fort Cook RV Park boasts more than 75 RV and camping sites, all situated on the wooded slopes above the recreation complex.  Guests of the Theodosia Marina-Resort and Fort Cook RV Park are entitled to full use of our recreational facilities. Theodosia Marina Resort Inc. Lodging Policy

*Lodges require a five night minimum stay. Cottages require a three night minimum stay. 

Motels are not subject to a minimum stay, with the exception of holiday weekends. In that event, there is a three night minimum. 

*All reservations require a credit card to secure the reservation, and a deposit (amount determined by type of lodging and duration of stay) must be provided via credit card.

*The credit card provided will be on file with your guest account until after your departure from our resort. 

* All deposits are non-refundable. 

*Failure to cancel a reservation within 7 days of date of arrival will result in full charge to the account on file for the reservation.
