Our beautiful resort offers a variety of modern, clean, comfortable and well-maintained accommodations, including a two story motel, housekeeping cottages, and two lodges that each sleep sixteen people. New for 2003 is a luxurious new 2000 sq. ft. log lodge. All are just a stones throw from the lake, and next door to Cookie's restaurant and the swimming pool/recreational complex. The Fort Cook RV Park boasts more than 75 RV and camping sites, all situated on the wooded slopes above the recreation complex. Guests of the Theodosia Marina-Resort and Fort Cook Rv Park are entitled to full use of our recreational facilities. Check our Lodging and RV Park Price lists! Then call (417)273-4444 for reservations. Deposits Required: Two nights on cottages and lodges, and one night on motel units in advance. Deposits must be received within 10 days after making reservation. Refunds are made at the management's discretion. Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 30 days in advance of scheduled arrival. Late cancellation will be charged a minimum of three nights.
