Base Rate (2 persons) ----- $20.00/night
each additional person ----- $3.00/night
sewer and dual A/C ----- $2.00/day
A monthly meter charge will be assessed for utilities

Annual Rate --- $1500.00 & $1600.00
(These rates are good for not more than 10 days stay per month of the immediate family (4 persons). Extra persons are $2.00 per day each. After 10 days in any month, $2.00 per person per day will be charged.)
