We're just ¾ of a mile east of the Theodosia Marina-Resort; across the bridge and up the hill to the sign at Country Club Drive. Turn south for 1½ miles and you'll see the Clubhouse on your left. |

| Rules |
- Each Player must have a bag and clubs. Two riders per cart.
- No more than five players per group.
- Course management has the authority to combine groups and regulate play.
- Repair ball marks and divots..
- Keep carts 30' from green and on paths where paths are provided.
- White stakes on north side of #1 fairway are out of bounds.
- Please let faster players play through.
- Ball landing on airstrip is a free drop, closest relief no closer to the hole.
- White stakes on east side of #9 are out of bounds
